Data Deletion Request

If you are a page/account owner connected to the AltShift platform and wish to delete all your data stored with us (including access tokens and your conversation history with customers), you can easily submit your request.

What happens after you submit a request?

• We verify the identity of the requester and their authority over the page/account whose data is to be deleted.
• We delete all data associated with the page/account from our databases, including the access token and stored conversation history.
• We send a written confirmation by email once the deletion is complete, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the request.

Disconnecting Immediately

In addition to requesting deletion, you can also remove AltShift's access permission from your page directly via Facebook settings:

Page Settings → Security and Login → Business Integrations, and remove AltShift from the list.
